COMPREHENSIVE PACKAGE

Urban-Concept Comprehensive Package is a tailor made one-on-one orientation program to ensure the client settles into Scotland from the start (please note, packages are tailored to individual loations to suit).

The service is tailored to the client’s needs and generally includes:

•A detailed confidential survey completed by the client in order to obtain details of family members, housing requirements, schooling and day care needs, gym / sporting facility requirements etc.

•Unlimited email support before the client arrives answering any questions they may have in regards to their move to Glasgow/Scotland

•Pick-up from the Airport

•Local welcome pack

•Help with setting up Bank Accounts, Tax numbers, Drivers Licences and Private Health Insurance

•Accompanied orientation tour of location and possible homes, schools, and local places of interest that are relevant to the client’s needs, Total 20 hours contact spread over 2 weeks – average 2-3 hours a day.

•Assistance with purchases (everything from cars, home furniture and teaspoons to TV’s)

•Guidance with lease applications, offer and acceptances - demystifying the often confusing ‘offers over’ property system used throughout Scotland.
